Customs Compliance
Import compliance involves the creation and follow-through of policies and procedures that will assistance an importer with meeting their reasonable care standard. DTGruelle will work with the importer to create a comprehensive customs compliance manual incorporating policy and procedure that are already in place and when necessary, create new procedures that are compliant with all Customs requirements and the requirements of the various other US government agencies which utilize Customs for enforcement.
D.T. Gruelle Boutique Logistics conducts seminars and workshops on a variety of topics. We have been sought out by over 25 of the Fortune 1000 companies, National and International Trade Organizations, Local and National Political Organizations and International Industry Groups in many sectors to provide consulting and training information.
Often times we are requested by a current or potential client to put together a specific training or informational seminar on topics from international payment terms and finance, ECO Terms, ITAR, and C-TPAT regulations, to be presented to company employees.
Other U.S. Governmental Agencies:
We have an established and refined network which deals with any government agency other than Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection and Transportation Safety Administration. Other agencies include, but are not limited to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Department of Agricultural (USDA), Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) and Department of Defense (DOD). Many clients are surprised that we welcome questions and assist in solving problems with any and all other U.S.A. Governmental Agencies. If a commodity jurisdiction is needed on your product for ITAR regulations, the US Commerce Department can be a large barrier in exporting your product. D.T. Gruelle Logistics can manage this for you!
