Our staff has over 75 years of import experience and provides assistance directly to importers by performing ongoing line reviews and pre-classifications of their commodities on a long term basis. This key information is securely stored on our state of the art archival system with 128 bit encryption technology and becomes part of a library which is accessed by our operations employees at the time of entry. Additionally, customers may also contact us to provide classification information at various times on a product to product basis and to request binding rulings from US Customs & Border Protection.
